This wasn't really a weekend. As Roommate put it, it was a workend. The only really great part was babysitting my friend Courtney's kids. I tried to take pictures, but neither of the babies liked the flash.

This is Kita. Isn't she gorgeous?

Sweet baby boy Jasper kept an eye out for his parents.

He's such a good boy. Despite the abundant fur, he really loves his space heater.

I got to hang out with sweet puppy kids, watch hockey without inflicting it on Roommate and help out a friend. And the cherry on this Saturday night sundae?

Access to Courtney's tea drawer.

Ohhhh. Isn't it a thing of beauty?

It's good to have friends. It's even better to have friends who share one's love of dogs and tea.

  1. A thing of beauty, indeed. I notice that she shares my love of the Vanilla tea upon which she firmly planted my ample a%^, and to which I am permanently hooked. I startled for a sec at the sight of the brown box on the left. At first I thought it was the chocolate tea that TJ's used to make, but alas and alac, it is not. That they stopped making something I adore is no surprise. It happens all of the time. Another of my favorites used to be made by The Republic of Tea. It was my first lesson in "If Debbie adores it, it is destined for annihilation". They used to make a tea called "Carob Coco Mint". It was around just long enough for me to get hooked. The same has happened with countless energy drinks, snacks, and other favorite treats. Let this be a lesson to you. If I love you, and most especially if I adore you and think I can't live without you, your end is probably near.
