Hotmail Hacked!

My Hotmail account has been hacked and now is frozen. No one will help me unfreeze it!!!!!!! Thoughts? Helpful hints? Solutions of any sort?

Okay, almost any sort?

    I never use that one so I'm clueless on what you might do.
